If you’ve made a retail purchase and have a receipt, returning the unused and unopened item is a breeze. On the other hand, certain items can be returned within 30 days if unopened and unused. These include electronics, skateboards, bikes, software, bedding, canoes, tents, drones, and kayaks. After 30 days, any defective products must be handled directly with the manufacturer. Clearance and Outlet items are sold without the option for return at any time. Once an item is installed, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. In case of defects, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the manufacturer.

Lastly, if you’re returning an item that was part of a promotional discount, keep in mind that the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be prorated from the reimbursement. However, items received as part of a free gift promotion can only be exchanged if damaged or defective, and only for a direct replacement. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to a previous purchase.
